During the level 1 lockdown, all Bedland products that are purchased on our online store and in-store are currently eligible for delivery and collection.

At Bedland, the safety of our employees and our customers is incredibly important to us. We have set up sanitising stations at the entrances of all of our showrooms, as well as have sanitiser available throughout the store. All of our staff are required to screen themselves at the beginning of the day, wear their masks all day, as well as wash their hands and sanitise regularly. We require all customers to wear their masks and sanitise upon entering our showrooms.

With regards to deliveries, we are working hard to ensure that we can carry out safe deliveries to protect both our drivers and customers. Masks and sanitisers will be used by all delivery personnel and social distancing will be observed.

Yes, however cancellation of laybys will carry an admin fee of 10%. Storage fees may be charged on laybys completed after the 60 day period. Late cancellations of laybys will carry an additional 5% penalty for every 30 days overdue.

Before an order is dispatched, customers are eligible to cancel their order at no charge to them, provided the items they are cancelling are not made to order or on demand items. These items may incur a cancellation charge.

Customers are able to cancel their order within 3 days of being placed if the order has not already been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, the shipping and handling fee will not be refunded. You may cancel your purchase by contacting support@bedland.co.za or calling 031 702 9036.

Any cancellations requested after items have been dispatched and have been delivered, will be treated as a return. From the date of delivery, you have 7 working days to return eligible items in your order for exchange or refund with no re-stocking fee. After this 7 working day period Bedland reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange.

All custom orders have a 50% non-refundable amount should there be a cancellation / Exchange.
